Welcome to coinstake.io (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Eliat Technical Solutions Limited (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”) on coinstake.io. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
1.2. The Platform’s services are not available to:

• Citizens or residents of the United States.
• Individuals or entities located in, established in, or operating from jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, etc.
• Any person or entity listed on sanctions lists maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or any similar authority.

1.3. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not located in or otherwise subject to the laws or restrictions of these jurisdictions.
1.4. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Services

2.1. coinstake.io allows users to stake supported stablecoins in exchange for rewards.
2.2. The staking rewards, rates, and terms are subject to change at our discretion and are detailed on the Platform.

3. Wallet-Based Access

3.1. The Platform does not use traditional accounts. All activity and access to the Platform are linked exclusively to the cryptocurrency wallet you use to deposit your stablecoins.
3.2. You are solely responsible for securing access to your wallet, including managing your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot assist in recovering lost wallets or private keys.
3.3. All staking rewards and withdrawals will only be processed to the wallet that originally deposited the stablecoins. If you lose access to this wallet, you will also lose access to the staked assets and any rewards.

4. Stablecoin Staking

4.1. By staking your stablecoins, you agree to lock them in the Platform for a specified staking period.
4.2. Rewards are distributed in accordance with the staking plan selected. Payouts may vary depending on the terms displayed at the time of staking.
4.3. Early withdrawal of staked stablecoins may be subject to penalties or fees as specified in the staking agreement.

5. Risk Disclosure

5.1. You acknowledge and understand that using the Platform involves the following risks, among others:

• Market fluctuations in the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Regulatory changes that could impact your use of the Platform.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities, technological failures, and potential cyberattacks.
• Loss of access to your wallet due to forgotten credentials, lost private keys, or compromised devices, which may result in the permanent loss of your staked stablecoins and rewards.

5.2. Stablecoins and rewards can only be withdrawn to the wallet that originally deposited them. We cannot transfer funds to a different wallet, nor can we recover assets from inaccessible wallets.
5.3. You are solely responsible for assessing these risks and taking necessary precautions, such as securely storing your wallet credentials and backing up your private keys.

6. Fees

6.1. The Platform may charge fees for staking, transactions, or withdrawals. Details of applicable fees are provided on the Platform.
6.2. Fees may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1. You agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
7.2. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are the exclusive property of coinstake.io or its licensors.
8.2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
9.2. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10.2. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless coinstake.io, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
12.2. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevis, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevis.
